Terms, Conditions & Disclosures
Last updated: September 24, 2026
These Terms, Conditions & Disclosures (“Terms”) govern your use of the Integrity Property Advisory Group (“IPAG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you engage IPAG for services, the separate written service agreement or proposal governing that engagement controls in the event of a conflict with these website Terms.
1. General Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It is not a substitute for project-specific advice or for advice from a licensed contractor, engineer, architect, home inspector, attorney, accountant, insurance professional, surveyor, environmental professional, or other licensed or qualified professional.
2. IPAG’s Role
IPAG provides independent homeowner advisory, contractor-comparison, communication, coordination, and related concierge services. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and legally authorized, IPAG does not undertake, bid, contract for, furnish, perform, supervise, direct, control, inspect, certify, or warrant construction, repair, installation, design, engineering, code-compliance, or other regulated professional work.
IPAG is not acting as a general, building, residential, roofing, specialty, or other contractor; architect; engineer; building-code official; home or construction inspector; attorney; insurance adjuster; surveyor; or other licensed technical professional merely by providing the services described on this website.
3. Contractors and Vendors Are Independent Third Parties
Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, design professionals, and other vendors are independent third parties. An introduction, referral, screening, comparison, recommendation, communication, or coordination by IPAG does not make a contractor or vendor an employee, agent, partner, joint venturer, or subcontractor of IPAG and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of that party or its work.
The homeowner makes the final selection of contractors and vendors and, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, contracts with and pays them directly. Contractors and vendors remain responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, code compliance, safety, employees and subcontractors, means and methods, materials, workmanship, schedules, warranties, and contractual obligations.
4. No Guarantee of Results, Savings, Pricing, or Performance
IPAG may help obtain or compare proposals and may assist in seeking improved pricing, scope, terms, or scheduling. Results vary. We do not guarantee any particular savings, price, project cost, contractor availability, start or completion date, permitting or inspection result, code compliance, product performance, warranty coverage, contractor solvency, workmanship, or absence of defects, liens, delays, claims, or disputes.
Contractor and vendor information—including licensing, insurance, pricing, staffing, availability, reviews, and financial condition—can change. Homeowners should review current information and all contractor agreements before making decisions.
5. Estimates, Proposals, and Third-Party Information
Information concerning prices, proposals, project scope, materials, warranties, schedules, permits, inspections, contractors, and vendors may come from third parties or public sources. IPAG may organize or compare such information but does not warrant that third-party information is complete, current, or error-free.
6. No Authority to Bind a Homeowner
Unless specifically authorized in a separate written agreement and permitted by law, IPAG does not sign construction contracts for a homeowner, approve change orders, accept or reject construction work, waive homeowner claims, authorize additional construction work, or release contractor payments on the homeowner’s behalf. Final decisions remain with the homeowner.
7. Website Accuracy and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website useful and current, but information may contain errors, omissions, or outdated material. Services, descriptions, service areas, processes, and other website content may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
This website may link to or interact with third-party websites, software, communications platforms, analytics providers, maps, or other services. Those services are controlled by third parties. IPAG is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy, security, terms, or practices.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to IPAG and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our original website content without permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Website Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IPAG and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on general website content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Any limitations, releases, indemnification provisions, dispute procedures, or other risk-allocation terms applicable to a paid IPAG engagement are governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement rather than by this website alone.
11. Electronic Communications
When you contact us by phone, text, email, website, or another electronic platform, you consent to receiving responsive communications through the channels you use or provide, subject to applicable law. Ordinary electronic communications are not guaranteed to be secure or error-free. Marketing texts or other regulated communications, if any, will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of information through the website and our business communications are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13. Governing Law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any project-specific dispute, venue, mediation, arbitration, jury-waiver, attorneys’ fees, or similar provision will be governed by the applicable written service agreement, if any.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this website with the most recent “Last updated” date will apply to subsequent website use. Changes to a signed client agreement are governed by that agreement and are not made merely by changing these website Terms.
15. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
16. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms may be directed to Integrity Property Advisory Group by calling or texting (941) 777-3163.
Important Project Disclosure
IPAG works for the homeowner as an independent advisor and advocate. We do not perform the contractor’s work and do not assume the contractor’s obligations. The homeowner retains final decision-making authority. Any construction, repair, installation, design, engineering, inspection, or other vendor services are provided by the applicable independent contractor or professional under that party’s own agreement with the homeowner.
